椰香果冻

用料:
椰浆 200g
炼奶 80g
鱼胶粉 35g
开水 500g
白砂糖 80g
椰蓉 50g

做法:
把所有材料准备好
白砂糖倒入大碗里,加入鱼胶粉,将鱼胶粉和白砂糖搅拌均匀。
加入500克开水,边倒边快速搅拌,搅拌均匀后加入椰浆,轻轻搅拌一下,加入炼奶。
搅拌均匀后,倒入垫有保鲜膜的保鲜盒里,摊凉,盖上盖子。
放进冰箱冷藏3小时以上,凝固后倒出,切成自己喜欢的形状。
裹上椰蓉即可。
