肉包馅

面粉500克,猪肉馅300克,水250g, 生抽1-2汤匙,老抽少许,耗油1汤匙,五香粉少许,葱姜少许,花生油适量

做法:

1.葱姜切末,香菇切小粒备用

2.调小料,碗中加生抽、老抽、耗油、鸡精和一勺尖淀粉,加2汤匙清水调匀

3.猪肉馅里加入五香粉、姜末,加入调好的小料,注意小料不要一次加入,要肉馅吸收了,再加下一次

4.肉馅不用搅打上劲,调料吸收了就可以了

5.把葱放在肉馅一侧,加入葱油,用葱油(没有葱油,别的油也可以)把葱伴一下,再加入香油搅匀

6.加入香菇,搅拌均匀

冻荠菜一包挤水后240-250g,肉馅250g
