百叶结咸肉汤

主料:百叶结、五花肉
辅料:蒜、蘑菇、姜、青豆、竹笋
调料:香油、胡椒粉、糖、盐、鸡精、食用油、蒜、姜、高汤
做法:
1、将五花肉切片用盐淹制1小时待用;
2、坐锅点火放油,油至6成热时放入五花肉翻炒,倒入蒜、姜片、竹笋、青豆、百叶结、盐、糖、高汤,开锅后煮5分钟, 加入鸡精、香油、胡椒粉即可。
