油焖春笋

主料: 春笋600克
调料: 食盐1茶匙, 酱油2汤匙, 橄榄油2汤匙, 白糖1茶匙

油焖春笋的做法
1.笋剥壳洗净用刀背拍碎,再改刀成长段,锅下水烧开,放入笋焯水

2.过凉沥干水份待用,另锅下橄榄油烧热,爆香笋段

3.倒入1茶匙盐、1茶匙白糖,淋入2汤匙红烧酱油翻炒

4.然后倒入半碗水,大火焖烧收干汁即可
