杏仁薄脆

蛋白二个,打散;

放入一小撮盐,糖粉30-35克,打匀;

放入过筛的低筋粉20克,打匀;

放入溶化的黄油20克,打匀;

放入100克杏仁片,轻轻拌匀;

一小匙匀放在锡纸上,用匙背扒薄
