猪排盖饭

猪排盖饭是日本一道平民料理,与北方的鱼香肉丝盖饭,南方的烧鹅饭的江湖地位相同,做法也极其简单,但前期准备比较麻烦。取一片厚的里脊肉,裹上面粉,面包渣,180度热油炸到4-5分钟,外酥里嫩。之后酱油,白糖,料酒调好的酱汁和洋葱丝先放入锅中,猪排要一半一般浸入酱汁,加热至酱汁沸腾,到入蛋液10-15秒后即可出锅。
