紅,绿豆蓉馅

绿豆蓉

1:去皮绿豆1袋400克;
2:白糖1又1/4杯(260克),玉米淀粉(Corn starch)3大匙,炼乳4大匙,玉米油1/2杯(90克);

去皮绿豆洗净放入不粘锅加水3-4杯,开大火煮至滚,调小火煮45分钟至软糯。打开盖子,用中小火煮至水干,然后放入所有2料,中小火炒至馅干挺,没什么水气了便可。

红豆洗净,然后放入不粘锅里,加水3杯,开大火煮至滚,调小火煮1.5小时至软糯。用勺子压压,或用打碎机打碎,再放入剩余2料,中小火煮至馅干挺即可
