Avocado 巧克力醬

材料:
Avocado 3顆 去皮去仔淨果肉約360g, 無糖可可粉50g,蜂蜜60g,香草精1茶匙,1/4 cup milk

步驟:
1.Avocado 放置室溫數天,直到變成整顆變成深黑色熟軟程度
2.Avocado 切成2半,去皮去仔,果肉切小塊
3.將所有材料放入食物攪拌機中攪打成細緻的泥狀即可
4.冷藏過食用口感更好,冰箱冷藏保存約3-4天
5.可以搭配蛋糕或麵包做抹醬,也可以直接食用
