芝麻里脊棒

用料:

1:里脊肉(Pork Center Lion)500克,洗净沥水备用。

2:盐1/3茶匙,绍酒1大匙,金兰老抽1大匙。

3:橄榄油2大匙,姜片3-4茶匙,花椒粉1/3茶匙,八角1粒,丁香2粒,番茄酱(Ketchup)1大匙,水3大匙,糖1大匙。

4:辣椒油1茶匙,香油1茶匙。

5:生芝麻1大匙。

注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon。

做法:

里脊肉切长7厘米0.4厘米厚的粗丝,然后放入所有2料,用手抓捏均匀腌20分钟。生芝麻小火炒香备用。不沾锅, 置炉上开大火,加入橄榄油2大匙,接着放入里脊肉翻炒,炒至无水汽外面焦香。然后放入姜片,花椒粉,八角和丁香炒香,接着放入 剩余3料兜匀,调中火,炒至汁浓将干,关火后放入辣椒油和香油兜匀,盛出里脊肉,然后拌上炒好的芝麻即可。
