港式甜品-【糖不甩】

用料:
1:糯米粉1杯(130克),温水1/2杯(118克);
2:红糖3大匙(33克),水2大匙(30克);
3:蜂蜜2大匙(30克),加开水2茶匙(10克)拌匀;
4:炒熟的花生3大匙(20克)。

做法:
1、1料的糯米粉加温水,和成软硬适中的面团,面团分成20等份,每份揉成糯米圆子。
2、中号锅加半锅水置炉上开大火,水滚后放入糯米圆子,水再滚时调中火煮至圆子浮起,捞出待用。

3、原锅加2料,中火煮至浓稠,放入煮好的圆子,煮1分钟。
4、煮好圆子放入小碗或碟子,加上1大勺的3料蜂蜜水。4料的花生在塑料袋里打碎,撒在圆子上,QQ的很好吃。
