剁椒土豆丝

用料:
1:土豆3个450克;
2:干黑木耳5克,用水泡发后洗净;
3:橄榄油1大匙,剁椒1大匙,蒜蓉1大匙,葱花1大匙,姜末1茶匙;
4:镇江香醋2茶匙,盐1/4茶匙,糖1/2茶匙,白胡椒粉1/6茶匙,生抽酱油1大匙,头抽酱油1大匙;
5:鸡粉1/6茶匙,香油1茶匙。

做法:
1、土豆去皮洗净切丝,冷水冲洗后沥水待用。剁椒斩碎,黑木耳切丝待用。
2、不粘锅加1大匙油,置炉上开大火,炒香剩余的3料,再下土豆丝及黑木耳丝翻炒几下。

3、依次放入调味料4,快速兜炒均匀至土豆刚刚断生,然后淋下香油和鸡粉兜匀出锅。
