蒸豆角

用料:
1:长豆角1把250克;面粉1/3杯,盐1/3茶匙;
2:橄榄有1大匙,蒜蓉2大匙,鸡粉1/6茶匙,万字牌生抽酱油1大匙,金兰酱油膏2大匙,香油1大匙;
3:新鲜红辣椒小半个洗净切茉(不吃辣可以不放),葱花1茶匙。

做法:
1、长豆角去头尾,洗净切寸段。用一塑料袋,放入1料里面粉和盐,封口摇匀,然后放入切段豆角,封口抖匀让豆角均匀沾上面粉。
2、取一浅盘子,将裹上面粉的豆角放入,多余面粉弃去不用。
3、取出 快煲电压力锅附带的支架,放入内锅里,加水1.5杯,然后放上盛豆角的盘子,加盖选蒸档(Steam),10分钟,开启。
