香辣肉末茄子煲

原料:肉末3两,用盐,胡椒粉,料酒,酱油,姜末,淀粉略腌

重要材料:蒜茸香辣酱

制作方法:

1.茄子切滚刀块,用淡盐水略微浸泡,捞出沥干。(此举一来避免茄子氧化变色,二来阻止茄子吸油)

2.肉末用油煸炒

3.捞出肉末,余油炒香辣酱

4.茄子入锅炒至软,加少许盐,糖。

5.砂锅里放半碗水煮开,放茄子和肉末拌匀,加盖焖3~5分钟

6.香辣滚烫的茄子煲上桌了,加点香菜更诱人食欲。
