红烧面筋

胡萝卜,小香菇,鲜青豆,面筋泡

做法

  1. 胡萝卜洗净,切成小薄片。小香菇洗净,去蒂,沥干水分
  2. 锅中烧开水,先放入鲜青豆煮5分钟,捞出沥干。再将面筋泡放入开水锅中,加盖煮3分钟,面筋泡变软后捞出,用冷水冲洗去大部分的油脂,充分沥干(面筋泡投入滚水锅之前可以在上面戳一个洞,面筋泡就更容易变软了。)
  3. 大火先烧热干炒锅,再放入凉油,将葱末炒出香味后放香菇和胡萝卜片煸炒1分钟,调入酱油、白砂糖和少许热水,大火烧开。放入沥干的面筋泡,改中火炖煮10分钟
  4. 待汤汁浓厚后,放入煮熟的青豆炒匀。改大火,汤汁基本收干后淋入香油即可
