百叶包

三丁百叶包

将香菇用开水发开,鸡胸肉和竹笋煮熟,然后切成小丁,此为“三丁”

另配火腿一小块,芹菜一颗(去叶),也切成丁,此二味可增加香味。(也可不放)

将所有的丁全部放在一起,加盐、味精、料酒、香油拌匀。

包成百叶包,然后上笼蒸10分钟后取出。三丁百叶包就制成了。

双菇肉糜百叶包

葱姜洗净,切末

黄花菜、香菇洗净,水泡发后切末,同样鸡腿菇洗净,切末。

在肉糜中,放入葱、姜、盐和料酒。搅拌均匀。然后放入黄花菜、香菇和鸡腿菇。再放入盐、白胡椒粉、麻油、鸡精,充分搅拌均匀,馅料就做好了。

包成百叶包,然后上笼蒸15分钟后取出。三丁百叶包就制成了。
