油焖冬笋

  1. 冬笋剥去外皮切成滚刀块,胡萝卜去皮切成滚刀块,青椒也切成滚刀块。
  2. 葱蒜切片。
  3. 锅内加水,放1/2茶匙盐大火烧开,再把冬笋放入炒烫5分钟捞出。
  4. 起油锅,放入冬笋块和胡萝卜块。
  5. 中火煎至和胡萝卜表皮微黄盛出。
  6. 锅内留底油,爆香葱蒜片。
  7. 放入冬笋和胡萝卜块,加1/2茶匙的盐、白糖、酱油和3汤匙的水大火烧开,转小火加盖焖3分钟。
  8. 放入青椒快速炒匀。
  9. 用水淀粉勾薄芡,再放入味精调匀即可。
