水晶南瓜包

  1. 将澄面225克加入糯米粉75克,将胡萝卜(400克)泥、白糖(20克)和匀放入盘中,上笼屉蒸50分钟,取出冷却待用。
  2. 再将澄面100克用150克开水烫熟,加入叶绿素和匀。
  3. 将胡萝卜面揪成剂(每个15-20克)包入豆沙馅,包成圆形,中间按扁,在边上刻出印,上面安个把。
  4. 将制好的半成品上屉蒸5分钟,出锅刷油即可食用。
