雪菜豆腐羹

材料: 
雪菜200g(1杯多一點),薑3片,水4杯,青豆仁1/3杯,嫩豆腐1盒(約500g)。
鹽半小匙,麻油半小匙,白胡椒粉少許,太白粉水(太白粉2大匙+水2大匙調勻)。

做法: 
1. 把雪菜切小粒備用。炒鍋加熱1.5大匙油,放入薑片爆香,倒入雪菜拌炒,然後放入水與青豆,水滾之後轉中火續滾10分鐘。
2. 把豆腐切成小正方形塊狀。揀除湯裡的薑片,放入豆腐,再度滾開時加入所有調味料,煮至湯汁濃稠即可盛出。
