油面筋塞肉

【用料】

1、馅料:猪肉末250克、荸荠末50克、葱姜适量、料酒1大勺、鲜酱油1小勺、盐/胡椒粉各1/4小勺、淀粉1大勺

2、油面筋泡8个

3、红烧汁调味料:老抽、料酒、冰糖、盐、八角、桂皮

4、西兰花1颗(摆盘用,既好看荤素搭配也好吃有营养)

【做法】

1、把所有肉馅馅料混合

2、用一根筷子在油面筋上面戳一个洞,顺势在里面搅一下把油面筋内部搅空,给肉馅腾点地方。然后就把拌好的肉馅一点一点的从洞口塞进去,尽量多塞一点。这个有点费工,要有点耐心呵~

3、塞好的油面筋放入蒸锅,大火烧开后蒸15分钟

4、蒸好的油面筋塞肉基本已经熟了,可以拿来红烧或者下在汤里都可以,很方便吃,不过如果想红烧的话,妈妈叮嘱不要趁热烧,因为刚蒸好的油面筋外皮被水蒸汽蒸得比较娇嫩,容易煮烂,菜肴的成品就不好看了,所以要等它凉了以后,面筋皮会筋道一点

5、在锅里加一碗水把红烧的调味料煮开,不用放油,等香气煮出来之后把油面筋塞肉放入,烧开后小火煨煮上色入味即可,因为油面筋已经蒸熟,所以不用煮过久

6、水烧开放一点盐和几滴油把西兰花汆烫至熟,捞出来沥干水分,摆盘

7、最后把烧好的油面筋放在中间,就大功告成啦~
