糟鸡爪

材料:糟卤、鸡爪
1、 鸡爪买回家,先洗干净,再剪指甲。
2、 在锅里放些水烧开,鸡爪放入锅中煮开。继续再煮15-20分钟。也可根据个人爱好,有人喜欢吃软的,可以多煮。
3、 把鸡爪捞出来,用冷水冲一分钟。(这是为了把鸡爪的胶质冲掉,鸡爪不再粘呼呼的。)
4、 把鸡爪放到一个容器里,倒糟卤,淹没住鸡爪正好。
5、 把容器放冰柜里一晚上,就可以吃了
