螞蟻上樹

材料: 
豬絞肉110g,粉絲(冬粉)75g(約2把),麻油2小匙,蔥花2大匙。

調味料: 
薑末1大匙,蒜末1大匙,辣豆瓣1大匙,水1杯,醬油1大匙,糖1/4小匙。
麻油2小匙,蔥花2大匙。

做法: 
1. 粉絲先用水泡軟,對切兩半備用。
2. 炒鍋熱油 4大匙,大火快炒絞肉至變色,加入薑蒜末及辣豆瓣炒勻,加入調味料中的水、醬油、糖,以大火拌煮。
3. 煮開之後,放入粉絲,改小火,等湯汁吸乾、粉絲呈透明狀即可關火。
4. 灑上麻油與蔥花即可起鍋裝盤。
