粉蒸肉

蒸肉粉:

糯米       2量米杯
白米       2量米杯
花椒粒       1大匙
八角              3 粒
五香粉      1 小匙
鹽        適量隨意
(如果有加鹽同炒,醃肉時要減少鹹度)

1.將糯米、白米 、花椒粒、八角略為沖洗一下,如果喜歡辣味,可以加入辣椒乾或辣椒粉。

2.再放入乾鍋用大火炒乾水份,再改用中火炒至米粒微黃鬆散,待涼。

3.用果汁機將炒好的米粒打碎,拌入五香粉即可。

粉蒸肉:

1.肉片或小排骨用豆瓣醬、酒、糖 、麻油醃入味,再加入蒸肉粉拌勻。

2.蒸盤先鋪上馬鈴薯,再放肉片,大火蒸約1小時左右至熟。
