双色小棋格饼干

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup butter (no substitutes), softened
  2. 1/3 – 1  cup sugar
  3. 1 egg
  4. 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  5. 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
  6. 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  7. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  8. 2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine 5 – 7; add to creamed mixture and mix well.
  2. 将步骤1的面团分成两份(55%/45%), 将55%份用保鲜膜包好,冷藏30分钟;
  3. 将材料 8 放入45%份, mix well.用保鲜膜包好,冷藏30分钟;
  4. 冷藏得比较干爽的香草味面团放在案板上,擀成厚度约为1CM的长方形。
  5. 巧克力味面团也擀成同样大小的厚度1CM的长方形。
  6. 在巧克力面团上刷一层鸡蛋液做粘合剂。
  7. 把香草味面团盖在巧克力面团上,使它们紧紧粘合。把面团放进冰箱冷冻室,冷冻半个小时直到变硬。
  8. 面团冻硬后,切成1CM宽的长条。
  9. 在一条长条的横切面上刷上鸡蛋液作为粘合剂。
  10. 将另一条长条盖在刷了鸡蛋液的长条上,成为颜色交错的棋格状。
  11. 冻硬的面团切成厚度为0.5CM的小饼干.
  12. 切好的饼干排入烤盘,每个饼干留出一定的空隙,
  13. Bake at 350 degrees F for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Remove to a wire rack to cool.
