Macaron

材料;蛋白一个,砂糖40g, 糖粉50g, 杏仁粉60g, 1-2滴食品颜色,烤箱300F

步骤:

1)Mix疍白和砂糖至坚挺,约需十分钟,滴入颜料后再打二三十秒

2)小眼筛糖粉,中眼筛杏仁粉,混合均匀后中眼筛入1)

3)橡皮铲fold约四五十下

4)滴一英吋圆在烤纸上,约二十个

5)烤18分钟
