鱼片蛋羹

鱼片加盐和油拌匀;

鸡蛋搅拌成蛋液,放盐、鸡精搅匀,加水,搅匀,水与蛋的比例是1∶1。

水烧沸,放入蛋用慢火蒸约7分钟再把鱼片、葱粒铺放在面,继续蒸3分钟,关火,

利用余热焗2分钟取出,撒上胡椒粉就可以吃了。
