红酒烩牛尾

牛尾1条约1斤半切段、红酒120ML、红萝卜、西芹、洋葱各切块、香叶数片、桂皮1块、姜1块拍松。

做法

1、牛尾放入加有姜、酒的沸水中灼水,捞出置锅里,放入香叶、桂皮、姜,加水熬1个半小时左右,至肉淋捞出沥干;

2、爆香洋葱和牛尾,加水至覆面,放入红萝卜,用茄汁、蚝油各4匙、老抽、糖各2匙、味精调味,慢火炆至汁浓;

3、加入红酒和西芹再炆10分钟,最后用适量生粉水勾芡即可。
