拍黄瓜 – 凉拌黄瓜

1、生抽1.5匙、盐1小匙、蜂蜜1匙、白醋1匙(或1个青柠檬汁,黄柠檬不够酸)拌匀;

2、热锅放入一匙芝麻油,随后加入干辣椒碎小火炒香,起锅的时候加入蒜蓉拌匀;

3、将1和2混合均匀即成腌渍料;

4、最后将拍好的黄瓜放入腌渍料里,置于冰箱冷藏最好超过2-3小时;

5、将腌渍好的黄瓜取出摆盘,撒上炒熟的花生米即可。

漂亮黄瓜围片

取一段黄瓜,对半剖开,黄瓜切面朝下,垫一根筷子,切一头相连的连刀片。(两刀相连,第三刀切断。)

把切好的黄瓜放入碗里,加少许盐,均匀撒在黄瓜表面,腌制20分钟;把腌制后的水倒掉; 加一勺白糖; 加两勺生抽; 加两勺米醋(白色,黄色均可); 最后再加半勺香油即可. (花生米)
