凉拌海带丝

用料:
1:干海带丝50克,在水中泡开,洗净备用。

2:红绿青椒各25克,洗净切丝。

3:万字牌生抽酱油1.5大匙,盐1/4茶匙,鸡精1/4茶匙,镇江香醋1大匙,糖1大匙,香油1大匙。

4:橄榄油1大匙,姜丝2茶匙,蒜茸1大匙,葱花1大匙。

做法:

将洗净的海带丝,在开水煮2分钟,过冷水后,沥干。红绿青椒丝也在开水中烫一下,过冷水后,沥干。煎锅内放橄榄油置炉上,开中火放入姜丝蒜茸葱花炒香后,离火,接着倒入3料拌匀。然后将海带丝和红绿青椒丝放入调匀即可。
