上海粗麵

冬菇

瘦肉

椰菜

蒜頭

炒麵

生抽

老抽

麻油

 

1/2茶匙

1/4茶匙

1茶匙

2茶匙

2茶匙

1茶匙

 

製法

1.         冬菇浸軟,切絲加少許油和糖蒸約10分鐘。

2.         瘦肉切絲,以少許生抽,及粟粉醃10分鐘。

3.         椰菜洗淨切絲,绁,蒜頭拍碎切茸。

4.         上海粗麵以滾水煮稔,過冷河,隔乾水份。

5.         燒油爆香绁、蒜茸,倒入肉絲,炒熟盛起。

6.         再燒油加入椰菜炒片刻,加入麵略炒,再加其他配料炒勻,加入調味拌勻可上碟。
