香软豆沙糕

材料:

  1. 糯米粉 2 cup(绿包装)
  2. 粘米粉 1/2 cup(红包装)
  3. 糖 2/3 cup
  4. 蛋二个
  5. 牛奶 1+1/3 cup
  6. Baking powder 1 tsp
  7. 玉米油 3/4 cup
  8. 红豆沙一罐(约 1 cup)
  9. 9”圆烤盘,面粉少许

作法:

  1. 在烤盘内抹一层油,再撒上薄薄一层面粉
  2. 预热烤箱350F
  3. 混合材料1-7项,用筷子或电动打蛋器打成米浆
  4. 将一半米浆倒入烤盘,烤十二分钟取出,将豆沙涂在中央
  5. 涂完后将另一半米浆倒入,再烤15-20分钟,用牙签插入检查,可以干净取出牙签就好了。
  6. 用Broil火烤三分钟,取出,五分钟后倒扣在圆盘上。
