咖喱煮鸡块

材料:

主料:500克,辅料:土豆(黄皮)100克,洋葱(白皮)25克,椰子肉(鲜)15克,调料:盐4克,咖喱5克,大葱5克,鸡精2克,植物油75克

做法:

1.将嫩鸡洗净后切块,用植物油煸炒后加水煮熟;
2.分别将葱、洋葱切碎末备用;
3.土豆用清水煮熟,去皮,切成滚刀块,放入植物油中略炸捞出;
4.椰肉切丝备用;
5.将锅置于量旺火上,加入植物油,烧至五成热时放入葱末、洋葱末爆锅;
6.待油温降至三成热时,加入咖喱粉炒匀,加入鸡汤、鸡块、土豆块、精盐,先用旺火煮沸,再用小火煮1分钟,加入椰丝和鸡精稍煮即可。
